Privacy Policy

How CRSIF collects, uses and protects information across our programs and website.

Information We Collect

CRSIF programs are designed to minimize personal data collection from the outset. Field observations focus on aggregated, location-based patterns — not individuals. When you contact us, subscribe for updates, or donate, we may collect basic contact information such as your name, email address and organization.

How We Use Information

Information is used to administer our programs, respond to inquiries, process donations, and produce aggregated reporting and dashboards for partners. We do not use collected information for enforcement, individual profiling, or surveillance of any kind.

Children's Privacy

Our Road Safety Scout and Ambassador programs involve student participants. All field activities are supervised, non-confrontational, and are not designed to collect identifying information about minors or the individuals they observe.

Data Retention & Security

We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, and apply reasonable safeguards to protect it against unauthorized access.

Third Parties

We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be shared with named municipal, school or funding partners strictly to deliver a program you or your organization have engaged with.

Your Rights & Contact

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@crsif.org.
