By accessing this website or participating in a CRSIF program, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our programs.
Use of This Website
Content on this site is provided for informational purposes about CRSIF, our programs and our prevention model. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or misrepresent your affiliation with CRSIF.
Program Participation
Participants in the Road Safety Scout and Ambassador programs, and any other CRSIF program, agree to follow all supervision, safety and privacy guidelines provided during onboarding. CRSIF programs are non-enforcement — participants never confront drivers, collect identifying information, or act as an authority.
Intellectual Property
The CRSIF name, logo, and program materials are the property of the Canadian Road Safety Innovation Foundation and may not be reproduced without permission, except as provided in our media kit.
Limitation of Liability
CRSIF provides this website and its programs on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties as to completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. CRSIF is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or participation in a program, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
