No tickets, no enforcement
CRSIF never issues penalties and never makes enforcement decisions. Municipalities, police and school boards retain all official authority.
No individual identification
Observation activities are designed from the ground up to avoid collecting licence plates or identifying individual drivers.
Aggregated, location-based reporting
Dashboards and briefs report on locations and patterns, never on individuals — every output is reviewed by a person before it reaches a partner.
Data minimization by default
Programs collect only what is needed to identify safety patterns, retain it only as long as necessary, and document that lifecycle for every partner.
